Showcase
Even though ENLABOR is quite young (born in 2021), we've managed to provide efficient solutions to several customers in many different fields. Here is a showcase of our most important achievements.
Ultra-compact three-phase inverter
The source of direct current (DC) is represented by a battery, which can be either lithium-ion or lead-acid, while the user of alternating current (AC) coming out of the inverter is a three-phase electric motor.
Battery Management System
ENLABOR has set itself the goal of creating a BMS with the highest levels of safety (automotive safety level ASIL D) that is entirely proprietary and fully developed internally both in terms of hardware and software.
Electric Boats
Shown here is a boat built using some of our components (BMS, controls, display and human-machine interface). This was only possible thanks to the research and development work related to the architecture and design of a complete electric boat.
Wallbox
Through the knowledge of this information and the use of specific energy management optimization algorithms, the wallbox is able to communicate to the electric vehicle the amount of energy / current that optimizes the performance of the complete home-vehicle system.
Magnetic encoder
This magnetic encoder is able to communicate with the ultra-compact three-phase inverter via a redundant automotive-grade safety protocol. It tells the inverter the absolute position of a super magnet (diametrically magnetized) positioned at the top of the rotation axis of the electric motor.
Complex systems
An electric two-story boat with solar panels on the rooftop. The battery management system powers the entire boat and its propulsion (4 electric motors). It is connected to the solar panels by an inverter.
